….How it works ….

 

This art rental service is an alternative and easy way to experience an artwork in a home or office environment with the option to buy the work at the end of the rental period or to continue to rent that artwork or even to swap for a similar artwork. The rental cost is based on 5% of the price of the artwork. So for example a painting for £2500 will cost £125.00/ month. The artwork can be rentad for periods of 3, 6, and 12 month periods and can be extended.

 

 

How it works …..

 

1. Choose an artwork from the gallery below.

2. Get in contact for further details. You can e mail me at doms598@aol.com  The rental fee for your chosen artwork artwork is 5% of the price of the artwork per month. For example the rental fee for an artwork priced at  £2500 will be £125.00 per month.

3. Start date, payment and delivery to be arranged

4. Once delivered enjoy the artwork.

4. At the end of the rental period choose either to continue to rent that artwork, return or swap for a diferent artwork, purchase.

If you choose to purchase the artwork after a rental period then after 3 months the rental fee will be deducted from the original cost of the artwork, so for example after 3 months a £2500 artwork rented at 125.00/ month could be purchased for £2150. After a 6 month rental the £2500 artwork could be purchased for £1750 and after 12 months the artwork could be purchased for £1000. However after a  rental period of 1 year the cycle begins again so after renting a £2500 for 2 years the purchase price for that artwork would be £1000
